Crossover Games this Weekend
The Spartans first crossover games are Saturday, November 21st at McMillen Park Ice Arena versus Crown Point at 5:20 PM and versus Lawrence at 8:20 PM. Come cheer your Spartans on to victory!

Spartans named WANE TV Team of the Week
The Spartans were named the WANE TV team of the week on November 17th. Congratulations Spartans!

December 5th Game Times have Changed
The game times for our crossover games at the Forum at Fishers on December 5th will be 1:00 PM versus Noblesville and 4:00 PM versus HSE "B". If you are planning on missing one or both of these games to attend the Homestead Winter Semi-Formal, please let John Kelley know.
Team Pictures - Monday, November 30th Tentative
Team picture day will be Monday, November 30th tentatively. This date is subject to change. Carol Swartz has agreed to be our photographer. Team and individual pictures will be posted on the team's Shutterfly web site. Pictures can be ordered from there through Shutterly at the link below.
Players should plan on being at practice 15 minutes early and bring both home and away game jerseys and socks.

Third Installment Payment is Now Due
The third installment payment of $425 is now due. The final payment of $425 will be due on January 4, 2010. Payments made out to the Homestead Spartan Hockey Club can be mailed to John Kelley at 15110 Powderhorn Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814-9758.
General Information about Homestead Spartan Hockey
Homestead plays in the Fort Wayne Area High School Hockey League. League games are played at McMillen Park Ice Arena on Wednesday nights.
A new $14 million three sheet ice rink at the corners of Fernhill Avenue, Wells Street and Lima Road is currently under construction. The rink will be operated by CanLan Ice Sports and is currently scheduled to open in November of 2009. All games and practices will be at this new state-of-the-art facility once it opens. Crossover games are played against other teams in the Indiana State High School Hockey Association.This site has a wealth of information on all of the teams in the state and includes schedules, game results, and statistics.
