Support H-L Lacrosse through attending games, volunteering on the Board or committees, raising money for the Club; As fans, demonstrate positive sportsmanship and set an example to be proud of; Encourage and support player commitment to the Program; |
Of the Board of Directors

Raise funds to enable the girls to play and maintain the financial health of the Club; Administer the Club operations, fundraising, off-season leagues, fields, uniforms, transportation, insurance, communication, marketing, outreach, and banquet; Hire and supervise the coaches; |
Of the Coaches

Teach the game of lacrosse to our girls in a constructive positive manner; Build character in our girls; Help the girls win games; Help the girls to have fun, with the game and with their teammates; Serve as a positive role model to players by demonstrating sportsmanship on and off the field; Maintain daily Hotlines and regular Web Site updates; Utilize the H-L Board as a resource and source of support; Confirm date, time and location of each scheduled or make-up game with opposing coach 24-48 hours prior to the game; |
