Of the Players

Sign and adhere to the Player Code of Conduct (The code of conduct signed by all players in this program is enforced by the Head Coach and the High School Athletic Directors. Please address any concerns accordingly. The H-L Club Board is not responsible for any disciplinary action);
Support teammates in all aspects of the game;
Maintain positive sportsmanship with players, coaches and officials;
Commit to attend all practices and games;
Communicate absences to coaches, in advance;
Access the Varsity or JV Hotline on a daily basis for game/practice information;
Check the web site regularly for other important information;

Of the Parents
|
|
Support H-L Lacrosse through attending games, volunteering on the Board or committees, raising money for the Club;
As fans, demonstrate positive sportsmanship and set an example to be proud of;
Encourage and support player commitment to the Program;
|
Of the Board of Directors
|
|
Raise funds to enable the girls to play and maintain the financial health of the Club;
Administer the Club operations, fundraising, off-season leagues, fields, uniforms, transportation, insurance, communication, marketing, outreach, and banquet;
Hire and supervise the coaches;
|
Of the Coaches
|
|
Teach the game of lacrosse to our girls in a constructive positive manner;
Build character in our girls;
Help the girls win games;
Help the girls to have fun, with the game and with their teammates;
Serve as a positive role model to players by demonstrating sportsmanship on and off the field;
Maintain daily Hotlines and regular Web Site updates;
Utilize the H-L Board as a resource and source of support;
Confirm date, time and location of each scheduled or make-up game with opposing coach 24-48 hours prior to the game;
