The High Desert LL 10/11 Girls are the Arizona State Champions!!!!
HDLL went undefeated in the state tournament.
In the Semi-Final Game High Desert defeated Winslow 15 to 1 in 4 innings with Elizabeth Bostwick throwing a one hitter.
In the finals High Desert defeated Thornydale 15-0 in 4 innings with Amanda Preach throwing a no hitter!
Congratulations to High Desert LL Girls Softball with bringing home the FIRST state chamionship banner ever to High Desert!

2009 9-10 Year Old Softball - High Desert
The High Desert 9-10 Girls Softball just missed advancing losing their last pool play game in a close 3-0 game.
The team did play very well, and hope to see the girls back again both for regular season play and next year's tournament teams.
Action photos are being taken by Southwest Sports Photo at the Arizona State 9-10 Girls Softball Tournament, so you can catch up on the girl's play. Proceeds will help District 7 offset the costs of the tournament.
