Forms for All Seasons: Spring or Fall
Any person with continuous contact with the players MUST complete a Volunteer Application and are subject to a NATIONWIDE background check. This is MANDATORY for all leagues to do. This included, but is not limited too, Board Members, Managers, Coaches, Volunteer AND Paid Umpires, hired vendors, parent helpers.
