| Any person in continuous contact with the player MUST complete a Volunteer Application and are subject to a NATIONWIDE background check. This is MANDATORY for all Little Leagues. This includes, but is not limited to: Board Members, Managers, Coaches, Volunteer, AND Paid Umpires, Hired Vendors, Parent Helpers.
