Welcome to HDLL Baseball & Softball.  Our players and their families reside from the communities of Anthem, Desert Hills, Tramonto, Sonoran Foothills, New River, Black Canyon City. HDLL offers children's programs in the Spring & Fall  for ages 5-14 including the Challenger Division in the Spring, for any child with special needs.

 Fall Ball Rules Pitching and Catching Rules

      1. Pitch Count is a LL Int'l rule and MUST be observed at all times! I'll pick up pitch count  clickers ASAP as it's extremely apparent we cannot count on the volunteers to use their best judgment. If a pitcher exceeds his/her 40 pitches in a game they are not eligible to pitch the following game...PERIOD. If they pitch more than 40 pitches during their two innings, that's fine, they just can't pitch the next game or catch in that particular game.

       2. The Pitcher to Catcher rule is another LL Int'l rule and MUST also be observed at all times.

       3. While official score is not kept in Fall Ball, we have always stood by the 5 (or 7) runs per inning rule and we've always kept "unofficial" books in the for the purpose of getting in and out of each inning.

Little League Baseball, Incorporated is a non-profit organization whose mission is “to promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of those who will participate in Little League Baseball.”  Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, the Little League program assists youth in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the Little League Baseball program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.
