Harper's Choice Challenge: Welcome

Great first win of the season. We will have practice this week

 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning

8 and unders 8-8:30

9-12 year olds 8:30-9:15

13 and up 9:15 - 10.

Monday and Thursday afternoons

5-5:30 8 and unders

5:30-6:15 9 and 12

6:15-7  13 and up

On Thursday afternoons we will be at Swansfield. There will be mentoring for those who need help at 4:30. Please bring a snack to share with the older kids.

   The 4th of July parade at Longfellow neighborhood will be at 10 am.  We will gather at the Longfellow Elementary at 9:30 to line up.  We will face paint and decorate scooters and bikes. We are looking for a truck to use to carry 6 and unders.  All other swimmers will march with the team.  Please bring candy to throw

There will be no  meet on the 4th of July

 The Swim a Plooza is coming.  Go the Swim a Ramma site news for the pledge form and permission slip.  We will be raising money for the ARC and the friends of the Longfellow 4th of July.  Start looking for sponsers now for laps!

Lastly, we need VOLUNTEERS!  We need people to help run the pep rallies and the meets.
