Hi Everyone

A few points we all need to remember

Any cancelations should be sent to myself, Bill, your umpire schedular and of course the opposing coach as soon as you determine if your field is playable. Try to consider as well, just because both teams agree on a replay date does not mean that your umpire can get someone to cover your game with 48 hours notice. Most umpires have their schedules full for 2-3 weeks ahead of time, until Tim, Howie, or Brian confirm you have an umpire do not consider your game rescheduled. They work their butts off doing what they do and you need to respect and remember that.

Also, please check through the website and take notice of games that have not been scored.

I don't think all the coaches have been turning everything in and i am putting back on the commissioners to look into, we have sent several emails about it already. 

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY

every umpire on these fields should be treated with respect. if you have a complaint then contact myself or any other board member, do not start an argument on the field in front of your team over a judgement call. this goes for ALL the umpires, we are all out there doing the best we can and trying to call a fair game. Anyone who thinks its easy, I beg you to get certified and work a few games and then tell me its easy. The amount of complaints and comments we have been told about these past few weeks is crazy. When a junior umpire tells an adult coach that she is in charge of the game and everything else going on in the field area, and thats adults response is " ooooohhhhhhhh im so scared" that makes you sound like a 5 year old and it makes us seriously reconsider if you should be allowed to teach children since some of you seem to be acting like you are one.

Grow up and be a role model.
