Coming off of 2 impressive league wins over Helix and Mount Miguel, the Junior Eagles looked to revenge an earlier loss to Steele Canyon.

Escaping an early first inning bases loaded, no out situation by getting a K, a 5 -2 (Alex- Sydney) and a 8 -2 (Angelina - Sydney) Put out, the eagles though that maybe lady luck might be on their side but it was not meant to be.

SC busted out for 12 runs in the third inning while holding the strong Eagle offense in check, for a final score of 14 - 1.

The lone Eagle run came in the 4th after a 2b by Brittany, 1b by Caity and a FC by Whitney.

With the loss Granite is unable to contend for the league title and looks to win against Monte Vista and Valhalla to grab a share of second place.

With all things there were several bright spots: Solid D by Brittani (LF), Angelina (CF), Brittany (SS) and Kristen, pitching the last inning.
