ARE YOU READY FOR THIS?!?
The Granada Girls Basketball Association put on it's First Annual Golf Tournament this October. This golf tournament, which occured on October 30, 2006 at Poppy Ridge Golf Course, was a wonderful success towards raising money for the Girls Basketball program.

The golf tournament consisted of many activities, such as a raffle, a chicken dinner, 18-holes of golf, and a basketball rolling contest to see who could get the basketball closest to the hole. This tournament raised handfuls of money for the program which will be used for the purchase of new jerseys for the Varisty team, and help pay for the trip to Pheonix, Arizona for the famous Nike Tournament that the girls will be participating in. Thank you for all who participated, we hope that you enjoyed yourself and come back next year for the Second Annual Golf Tournament. We would also like to thank our sponsors for their donations.
