Hello Grafton youth coaches,
My name is Don Arnold and I am the Varsity coach at Grafton High School and also coach the Grafton Rangers U 12 boys team. I would like to invite all of the Grafton youth teams and coaches to our Annual Youth night this Friday April 24th. This has been going on for a few years and the turnout has been hit and miss. I would like for you as coaches of the future players of the Grafton Soccer Club and also Grafton High School to encourage all your players to join us for an evening with the Black Hawks. You may want to use this as a practice night for your team. The Varsity team attended the indoor tournament and had a blast meeting and playing with the kids and are looking forward to Friday's youth night. I have had the opportunity to see many players come through the Grafton Youth programs and make an impact in our program at the high school. I would like to Thank all of you for putting many hours into coaching the youth players. I would love to meet all of you and talk about your teams.
AGENDA:
Friday April 24th 4:00 - 5:00pm. Clinic given by the 2009 Varsity Girls Soccer team, (Coach Don Arnold available to talk with youth coaches) Players should have shin guards and a ball
5:00 PM JV game and 7:00pm Varsity game vs. Campbellsport * All youth players get free admission for the games*.
Location: Grafton High School soccer fields
Parking: East parking lot and the fields are behind the school
I hope to see all of the Grafton Soccer community show their pride for Grafton Soccer with the largest turn out ever !!!!!

Practices at Zaun
Coaches should move goals so that players do not play in actual goal boxes during practices. Goals may be moved to the top of the goal box. This will prevent wear of the field.

Rescheduling A Game
DO NOT CANCEL A GAME before talking to referee assignor!
The deadline for rescheduling a game is 2 weeks prior to the originally scheduled date.
Procedure to reschedule a game:

Contact the other team to establish possible dates/times available for rescheduled game

Coach names, phones and emails are located in the coach folder. If the information is not current, incorrect, or missing, contact the coach coordinator for that clu
