Grafton Soccer Club: Volunteer Information
The Grafton Soccer Club recently updated its Volunteer Policy. The new policy requires that each family volunteer a minimum of five hours per player, per year.

Tournament Director
The GSC is seeking a volunteer to fulfill the role of Tournament Director, as this is the last year for our current director. Additional Concession Stand Volunteer Opportunities
If someone is willing to unlock or lock up the stand, the person will receive 1 hour of working time for each time they do it. Be sure to sign the book in the stand so Victoria Todd can keep records of your time. Contact Victoria Todd at jtodd@wi.rr.com or (262) 375-6257 if you are interested.
Unlocking the concession stand in the mornings means:

unlocking the gates
-
unlocking the stand
-
unlocking the storage closet and removing the cash drawer

making sure the first team shows up and answer any questions they may have
Locking up the stand means:
-
making sure all garbage was hauled to the dumpster
-
locking the cash box in the storage closet
-
locking stand doors
-
locking gate
-
dropping the keys off at the Todd’s house
If you would decide to help and do a full weekend, then you could just keep the keys through the weekend.
Concession Stand Team Schedule
This fall, each GSC team is responsible for staffing the concession stand with volunteer workers on a different day/time.
