The annual general membership meeting and the 2010 Board of Directors elections will take place on Sunday, September 27th at 7:00 pm, at the Round Table Pizza on Missouri Flat Rd.. This election is open to all parties interested in furthering the objectives of Gold Rush Little League.
Anyone interested in being a board member please email any of our current board members or debmetz@comcast.net for inclusion as a nominee. Please note: all official league members may be subject to fingerprinting. Current nominees are listed below.
2010 Board election procedures: there are 20 board positions, nominees will be voted upon for election to the 2010 board only. Once the 2010 board is elected, the board members will hold elections for specific positions.
Absentee ballots are available for interested parties who can not be present at the general meeting. Please contact Kristi Mathews at mathyous@sbcglobal.net for a numbered absentee ballot. Please note, all absentee ballots must be completed, signed and returned to Kristi Mathews in a sealed envelope prior to September 27th, 2009 for inclusion in the board election vote.
Board Positions: Gold Rush Little League has 20 board positions: President, Vice President (2 positions), Treasurer, Secretary, T-Ball Player Agent, Farm (Minor A) Player Agent, Minor AA Player Agent, Minor AAA Player Agent, Major Player Agent, Junior/Senior Player Agent, Umpire in Chief, Safety Officer, Information Officer, Equipment Manager, Field Manager (2 positions), Snack Bar Manager, Sponsorship Manager, Uniform Manager.
