I strongly recommend that you go to the ASA website for the most current list of non-approved bats.  www.asasoftball.com/about/certified_equipment.asp.  The way it is listed has changed.  For most of us that means the Ultra II and Freak remain unapproved.  Reports that the ASA has re-allowed the Freak and Ultra II pursuant to the Nov 08 meetings are untrue.
