Fall Ball Registration Thursday, July 9 (6-8 pm) GWLL Wednesday, July 15 (6-8 pm) GWLL Must be league age 8-15 for 2010 Season. If you played for GWLL in the past couple of years I just need registration form. If you are new to league, haven't played in last couple of years or have moved; I need to see Original State Issued Birth Certificate and 3 proofs of residency (only 1 can be a utility bill). Since GWLL is an All-Volunteer organization, all parents are expected to help out in one way or another throughout the course of the year, to help make the season run as smoothly as possible. We are always looking for volunteers for: Concessions; Scorekeeping; Umpiring; Field Maintenance, etc.
Please keep this in mind - everyone is a volunteer. The more volunteers we get, the less burnout we have.
Please be considerate of our umpires. Remember they are parents too, and volunteering their time so your kids can play their games. If you are not willing to get behind the plate and umpire a game, please be cautious of the criticism that comes out of your mouth towards the parent who is willing to do it. NO ONE IS AN EXPERT IN ALL AREAS OF THE GAME, so please be patient with everyone.
Remember that Smoking and Pets (all types and sizes) are prohibited on our premises.
Please keep an eye on your children at all times. Do not allow them to play on or in the maintenance storage bins, dumpsters, recycling bin, or allow them to climb on the retaining walls.
