2009 - 10  G-Force Butterflies Instructional Teams.

 UPCOMING MEETING: A parent/player meeting is scheduled on December 16, Wed. at 6p. @  Kettle Moraine Lutheran H.S. cafeteria.  We will check over the forms, do uniform sizing, answer questions, hand-out the volleyballs and of course get some volleyball playing time in.  The other practice site location for either Tues. or Thurs. nights will also be discussed. 

What does this program entail?   G-Force Butterflies is a 12 - 14 week vb skills development program (practice from 1.5 hours to 2 hours per week) for girls and boys ages 7 - 12 years old.  Practice will be held once a week starting in Jan. and ending in April.  Typically, practices are held on Wed. and will usually start around 6p.  Depending upon attendance, we will have at least one volleyball court available, and if needed, we will utilize two courts. This is the third season G-Force will be running this program and another great opportunity for young, aspiring volleyball players. 

G-Force coaches along with some of our older G-Force players will instruct these young G-Force Butterflies. Our goal is for every G-Force Butterfly to have a complete understanding of the game of volleyball in terms of passing, serving, hitting and knowing where to be on the court and to have them all get their wings! We will also work on teamwork, leadership and personal growth for every young Butterfly. We want to start them all on their correct flight with positive coaching while having lots of fun!

The focus of the program is for the athletes to learn the sport of volleyball honing in on proper techniques and at a pace they will all enjoy!  We will offer classroom instruction as well as share many volleyball handouts.  Each player will receive a volleyball with their paid registration and also the volleyball net will be lowered.  You must bring back your volleyball to every practice and you then you can take it home with you.  

What will every G-Force Butterfly will receive? G-Force T-Shirt or a jersey if we play matches against other instructional groups, a brand new volleyball.  The fee covers coaching fees, facility rental, Badger Region Memberships, administration fees, and other special gifts/awards, etc...

FEES: The fee is $195 per player.  Your full payment guarantees you spot. 

PRACTICE LOCATIONS: This program will be held on Weds. at Kettle Moraine Lutheran or Living Word in Jackson.  G-Force is looking to expand this Butterfly program at another location and a different weeknight because of the interest.  Please check back for more details.  Thanks!
