Congratulations to Jordan Miller, She was awarded the offensive MVP award by Ola Coach Marty Maddox at the team banquet. Jordan Was also appointed to the 4AAA All Region Team 2 as a 3rd baseman. Jordan will be joining the Middle Ga. Shockers in 2008 along with Coach Alan and will improve her skills with expections of a College Scholarship in Softball.
Friday, November 2
Rage Pitcher Allie Raines was awarded the Defensive MVP for Ola High School at the team Banquet by Head Coach Marty Maddox. Allie was also appointed to the All Region Team in 4AAA Team 1 as a pitcher after the 2007 season. Allie will be joining the Middle Ga. Shockers for the 2008 and has expectations of a winning season and is looking to sign a College Scholarship in 2008.

We are getting to the point in time to where some of our players are advancing to College and playing ball. The first is Katie Vickers. Katie, because of her older age only gets to play with us every other year and has been Catching for the Rage for several years. Katie, after having other offers decided to sign with Gordon College last year before graduating from Jackson High School. If you look back through the Action photos you are sure to see plenty of pictures of Katie working hard behind the plate. Good luck Katie, We are proud of your accomplishments. Maybe you can stop in later this summer and help us out again.

The Georgia Perimeter College women's softball team will have eight new players on its roster next year and head coach Ed Schutte is anxiously awaiting their arrival.
"We feel we have signed some of the best position players in the area," said Schutte. It is definitely one of our strongest recruiting classes in recent years.
Congratulations Christie,
Christie is the second Rage player to sign a College scholarship to play softball.
She signed to play softball for Georgia Perimeter College earlier this year after an outstanding season at East Side High School in Covington Georgia. Christie has earned many awards at East Side and was awarded the 'Coaches Award' her Senior year.
She has has rejoined the Ga. Rage this year and will be playing Middle Infield for us this summer in preparation for her College debut. Christie is a tremendous athlete with a wonderful personality that adds depth to our defense and is always a threat offensively with her speed and agility. We wish her the best of luck and are excited to have her playing with us this summer.
