Congratulations!!! As many excellent Lady Owls teams that Garland has fielded over the years, none has ever flown as high as you did Saturday night in Austin. Again you played SPECTACULAR TEAM DEFENSE behind Tomi, like the well oiled machine that you are! We all could tell from early on that hitting the ball was not going to be an issue this time around. You conducted yourselves with the utmost class and dignity, and displayed the good sportsmanship that you have all been taught, from the opening introductions.... to the time you got back on the big yellow bus. You truly are the definition of a TEAM. As parents and fans, we were beside ourselves with pride.
You have represented your school and city well, and you should all be very proud, just as we are for you! You will never forget that night in Austin, or the players and coaches you shared it with.

| Hey girls!!! I'm not even gonna ask how yall are doin because I know yall are kickin some major butt this year. Don't worry I keep track of everything you do...and I am soooo proud! I love all of you girls with everything that I have and I REALLY hope I get the chance to see yall in the playoffs. Keep up the great work but I only have one bit of advice. In the words of the wise (Black Eyed Peas) "no no drama, we don't want no drama!" lol so keep the mouths closed, smile it up on the ball field, and duke it out over the summer. :) I love yall! FORDHAM VISITS TEXAS
Fordham University, a leading academic institution located in New York City, and Division 1 A-10 regular season 2005 softball champion, will visit Texas on February 17-19th. The Rams play a double header against 4th ranked Texas beginning at 6pm on the 17th, then travel to 6th ranked A&M for a 2-day tournament beginning at 1pm on the 18th.
Come meet A-10 Coach of the Year, Bridget Orchard, A-10 Pitcher of the Year, Texas’ own Sarah Kinney, and the rest of the players and coaches and find out what it’s like to be a student-athlete at Fordham.

hey guys yall are the best team ever! there are truly only two sports at garland and thats softball and football! i cant wait till next year to be yalls trainer again and i will be sad because it will be my last year with yall but ill be back to visit. luv ya girls

| Howdy Girls. I just want to say that this season has been an incredible ride. I enjoyed being your announcer, but most of all I enjoyed being one of your bigger fans. I want to thank personally Coach Moss and Coach Robertson for giving me the thumbs up and allowing me to announce, but I want to thank my girl Lana Armstrong for encouraging me and even just getting me the job. It was to put in a couple of words: "awsomely incredible." I would love for all the girls to keep in touch and my email is on the link and this isnt goodbye.
