District 2's Own Don Dozier to Call World Series!!!!!

When you start watching the 2008 Little League World Series on TV and say “Hey that umpire looks familiar.” Your intuition will be correct. District 2's own Don Dozier who umpires many games at Milford Little League has received an invitation to umpire the Little League World Series the ultimate assignment for a youth baseball umpire.

Like many of us Don's involvement began when his son started playing baseball in Smyrna in 1995. Don's many accomplishments include becoming a district umpire 1996, state instructor in 1998, umpire in chief for the district in 2004 and becoming a southern region umpiring instructor in 2005.
