GTC Boys Compete at GoldStar
GTC LEVEL 4 BOYS TEAM THRILLED WITH 2ND PLACE HONORS AT GOLDSTAR
The Gymnastics Training Center Boys Team competed at the Goldstar Invitational earlier this month. All five of the level 4 team competed for the first time. In the 6-7 year old class, Michael Bailey, age 6 (Fairport) came in 2nd in Floor and 3rd in High Bar (7th All Around); Griffin Perry, age 7 (Penfield) placed 2nd in Rings, 3rd in Vault (6th All Around). In the 8-9 year old class, Quintin Bronecki, age 8 (Hemlock) came in 10th in Pommel; Mayson Colon, age 9 (Greece) was 1st in P Bars (9th All Around); and Tyler Davis, age 9 (Livonia) tied for 3rd in Vault and P Bars and 4th in Floor (6th All Around).

GTC LEVEL 5 BOYS COMPETE AT GOLDSTAR
Although small in number, there are only three level 5 boys on the team, Galen Everett, age 8 (Fairport), Scott Lazeroff, age 8 (Brighton) and Christopher Tricard, age 9 (Fairport) placed 5th in the All Around competition with other teams entering 4 scores instead of 3. Scott Lazeroff took home his first trophy for 3rd place All Around, placing 2nd in Floor, 3rd in Rings and tying 3rd in P Bars (along with his team mates); Christopher Tricard tied for 3rd in P Bars, 4th in Pommel, bringing home the ribbon for 5th All Around; and first time competitor Galen Everett placed 2nd in Vault and tied for 3rd in P Bars giving him the ribbon for 8th All Around.
