As the GTAAA continues to grow, more and more managers and coaches are required, especially at the younger levels. The GTAAA board of directors has the responsibility of approving all team managers. Your feedback is vital to insure that our children will have a sporting experience that truly reflects the principles upon which this league was founded.
The manager evaluation is a valuable tool for us. GTAAA wants to know what your manager and GTAAA is doing right and what we can improve on. Without your help and input, we will not be able to improve on our weaknesses or grow our strengths.
If you have not filled out an evaluation for your child's manager, please do so today and either drop it off at the concession stand or mail it to us. Copies of the evaluations will also be available at the Awards Day.
