CAMPER DROP-OFF FOR CHECK-IN AND PICK-UP FOR CHECK-OUT

An orderly plan for traffic and logistics will be clearly marked and there will be staff on site to direct campers and parents to registration and the dorm.  Parents may not park in unauthorized spaces and leave their cars when dropping off or picking up campers.  The closest parking lot to Mertz Hall is Benjamin West and the next closest lot is Cunningham across Rte 320.  No more than 25 vehicles will be allowed in the Benjamin West lot at one time so it is recommended that you drop items off and park in the Cunningham lot.

Commuters will be dropped off and picked-up at the soccer field each day with the exception of the first day when they must check-in with all other campers.
