Coaches - Please share the following guidelines with your team/fans which are mandated by Austin Prep High School when using their facility. 

Thank You for respecting the following requests from Austin Prep

Please Use Front Doors as the Gym Entrance - Do Not use the side entrances 

     1. Coaches only are to bring basketballs for the game. Fans CANNOT bring basketballs into the facility. 

     2.Teams are reminded to clean up their bench area (bottles/tape/trash) after their game. Trash barrels are located near each bench.

     3. NO ONE (coaches/players/fans/cheerleaders) is allowed ON THE STAGE nor allowed ON THE STAIRS leading up to the stage.

     4. Spectators are NOT ALLOWED on the court during any time out nor in between games.

League's General Reminders:

1. League Games and Cougar Tournament Admission: Adults: $4.00   Sr. Citizens & Students: $3.00  Family Charge: $12.00   Coaches/Players No Charge   

2. Respectful Cheering for both teams is expected.

New England CYO Basketball Tournament 2013

 Help Support NE Tournament - Schools may purchase an Advertisement in the Official Tournament Book for $50. Principals/AD's may contact Peter Williams, CYO Athletic Director - email directly pwilliams@rcab.org - for additional information/purchase an 'ad'.  Thank you

FYI: Please keep this in mind - Many volunteers will be needed in order to make this a successful tournament. 

Coaches: Every school must have a representative at the meeting - please bring the following:

1. Archdiocesan School Entry Form - completed and signed by your Principal along with a copy of the front page only of each Coach's CORI form which is to be attached to the Entry Form; as well as the Registration Fee for the CYO Office. Go to 'Handouts' to download a copy of this Form as well as a copy of "School Roster Form" for the CYO Office.  Per the CYO Office - No team will be allowed to participate in the League until the School Entry Form with attached copy of coach(es) CORI Form(s) has been turned into the League Coordinator. 

2. Assigner's Fee: $65 per Team - check to be made payable to: Phil Beranger - Games cannot be scheduled unless this fee is paid.

3. Gym times and dates - we will be scheduling our games.
