HOW TO COMPLETE THE F.C.H.L. GAME SHEET
Learn to fill out the game sheet correctly in September. Fines are in place for any missing information that makes your game sheet (regular season, playoffs, and tournaments) difficult to identify.
In addition to the obvious team information that is required, there are a number of items that must be completed prior to the game sheet being given to the officials.
If you attend a tournament, and your team is identified as "London", please make the correction.
