Bay Creek Park
This park features seven baseball/softball fields, a football field, two playgrounds, concession/restroom building, a lighted track around the football field and a one-mile paved multi-purpose trail. Bay Creek Park is home to Gwinnett County's first handicapped-accessible ball field and playground for children with special needs. The playground, "Unity Place," features, a special rubberized surface and includes wheelchair-friendly sandboxes, slides and swings. The handicapped-accessible ball field, complete with wheelchair and walker accessible dugouts, is also constructed with this surface. The youth association's Special Populations Program offers programs for special needs children and young adults so that they can join in with other children in sports such as baseball, softball, cheerleading and basketball.
