Teams withdrawing prior to 10 days before the first day of a tournament will be refunded their entire registration fee. Teams withdrawing within 10 days of the first day of a tournament will be refunded 50% of their paid registration fee. If a replacement team can be added to the tournament field the remaining 50% of the withdrawing team’s paid registration will be refunded.

Teams that do not receive the total number of their guaranteed games, will be refunded $125 per game not played for $400, $425 and $450, 3-game guarantee tournaments.
