Germantown Football League: Registration




     

 

 
Once you complete the online registration, you will also need to provide/submit the following documents:
  1. Copy of the participant's birth certificate (1st year GFL players ONLY)
  2. Medical History & Release Form
  3. Grievance Policy Acknowledgment
Copies of birth certificates can be emailed or mailed to the league per the addresses below.  In addition, all tackle football players will need to be weighed during conditioning week to ensure eligibility to participate.
