The Gulf Coast Rams are a team participating in the Gulf Coast Football league which is a full contact amateur adult football league. We are currently seeking skilled football players to add to our roster. 18 years on up. No experience needed. The Gulf Coast Rams is a non-profit team that requires donations, sponsorships, and team member fees and dues to operate. Each player will be required to purchase or obtain personal protection equipment in order to participate. Those of you that need equipment, please discuss with coaching staff as we have several different venues we can pursue to get reasonable discounts. Each of you will be receiving an estimated cost breakdown of the fees and due dates. This number will be adjusted based upon donation and sponsorship monies received. The league was founded as a way for young players that did not get into a college program or college players that did not get drafted the ability to get the needed experience to help take them to the next level. We offer a professional environment for the players to develop their skills and we also offer the ability to the players to expand their community involvement with the different charities that we are involved with. Gulf Coast Ram’s new season begins in March 2008. All the teams of Gulf Coast Football League and the GULF COAST RAMS have begun their preseason practices. Work outs will be held Saturdays from 10am - 1pm at Knox Junior High School. Start showing up there are going to be alot of competition for starting spots, so get to practices
