Strength & Conditioning

The Shark Baseball Pre-Season Strength & Conditioning Program will run Mon., Wed., and Thurs. through the remainder of the Fall.  We will meet from 2:30-4:30 on the Shark Baseball Field.  The program will emphasize:

  1. Functional Strength & Power using plyometrics and weight training
  2. Agility and Quickness drills
  3. Flexibility

Players should dress in workout clothing and must have a current physical and parent consent form to participate.  Contact Coach Cofield for more information.
