West Haven is located on the north shore of Long Island Sound along I-95 in southern Connecticut, immediately south of New Haven.

From the North (I-95): I-95 south to Saw Mill Rd. (exit 42). At the end of the exit, turn left on Saw Mill Rd. (Rt-162) and proceed approx. 1 mile (past the police department and under railroad bridge) to intersection of Main Street. Take Exit 7 (left exit) to Route 7 North to New Milford. Proceed approximately 4 miles. At traffic light turn right onto Route 7 North and proceed for approximately 8 miles to Route 67 South. Bear right at the intersection, and cross the bridge. Go through three traffic lights. Immediately after the third light, turn left onto Main Street. Proceed to the end of the Village Green. From the North:
Follow I-84 West to Exit 15 and turn right onto Route 67. You must make a left at about 1-1/2 miles to continue on Route 67 for about 17 miles. This will bring you into New Milford. At the intersection of Routes 67 and 202, bear left for approximately 2/10 of a mile to the Village Green. Turn right at the Green and proceed north to the end. Turn left at the stop sign and make an immediate right onto Aspetuck Avenue. Proceed to the crest of the hill. Follow the signs to the Admissions Office located on Circle Drive.

From New York and the south:

In Woodbury, turn left onto Route 47 and stay on it for approximately 9 miles to Washington. Off of the exit and thru toll booths, make a right turn onto Rt-212 (becomes Ulster Ave. over the railroad tracks). From Albany and points south of Troy and west of the Hudson River: Take 787 North to the Exit for Route 7 East. On the Collar City Bridge over the Hudson River, move to the Right lane and take the Troy Downtown Exit. Take the first right turn after the ramp onto Hutton Street. Proceed to River Street and turn right on River Street (Route 4). Follow Route 4 North, until 103rd Street. Turn Right on 103rd Street. Proceed on 103rd Street until 8th Avenue. Turn left into the entrance of the Knickerbacker Ice Skating Arena.
From Schenectady and points west of Troy and west of the Hudson River: Take Route 7 East. On the Collar City Bridge over the Hudson River, move to the Right lane and take the Troy Downtown Exit. Take Interstate 84 West through Connecticut and into New York. Once in New York, take Exit 20 following signs for Route 22 Pawling. Take Route 22 North and proceed 13 miles until you pass under a brick and cement footbridge that spans the road. Immediately after passing under the footbridge, turn right into the school's driveway and proceed up the hill.

From the West:
Take Interstate 84 East to New York Exit 18 Route 311/Patterson. Make a left at the bottom of the ramp. Follow Route 311 approximately 6 miles until you come to a light at Route 22. Make a left onto Route 22 North and proceed 6 miles until you pass under a brick and cement footbridge that spans the road. Immediately after passing under the footbridge, turn right into the school's driveway and proceed up the hill.

From NYC and South:
Take interstate 684 North to the end. Just after 684 ends, Interstate 684 will turn into Route 22 North. Traveling southbound from upper Westchester & Putnam Counties and other points north including Danbury, Connecticut: Take either I-84 to I-684 south, or the Taconic State Parkway, to the Saw Mill River Parkway south. Follow the Saw Mill River Parkway south passing through three traffic lights. You will exit at Exit 23 - Eastview/Route 100C ( which is the exit after the State Trooper Barracks in Hawthorne). Make a left off the exit traveling east on Route 100C. You will drive under the elevated walkway of The Landmark at Eastview (a multi-building complex that straddles Route 100c on both sides). At the fork in the road, bear right onto Route 9A South. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Fairview Park Drive. The Academy will be immediately on the left.
Traveling northbound from lower Westchester & New York City: Take the Saw Mill River Parkway northbound to Exit 23 - Eastview/Route 100C. Make a right off the exit traveling east on Route 100c. Traveling from the West: Take I-87 across the Tappan Zee Bridge to I 287 East (towards White Plains). Take the Saw Mill River Parkway North to Exit 1(Route 119). Follow the signs to Route 119-Elmsford. At the end of the off ramp, turn left onto Route 119 East. Travel on Route 119 East to the intersection of Route 119 and Route 9A( the first major intersection on Route 119). At the light/intersection, make a left turn onto Route 9A north and travel approximately 1 1/2 miles to Fairview Park Drive( the light after Sam's Club). Make a left turn onto Fairview Park Drive and the Academy will be immediately on the left.

Take the Whitesone Bridge to Van Wyck exit 12A. Make a right off exit onto College point Blvd. Make right into park at the Rodman Gate and after you pass undr the highway, make right and drive alongside the park for approx 1/2 mile until you see our facility on the left. You can park under the Van Wyck.

From New York City:
Take the Triborough Bridge to the Grand Central Parkway (East). Travel approximately three miles until the I-678/RT-25A E/Northern Boulevard exit — toward the Whitestone Bridge (it’s exit #9E). Then take the RT-25A E/Northern Boulevard ramp toward Shea Stadium. At the exit ramp, make a right onto Stadium Road. Take that road straight until the second stop sign, where you will then take a left. Continue past the USTA National Tennis Center, past the pitch n putt. World Ice Arena will be located on your right.

From Brooklyn:
Take the Brooklyn – Queens Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway (East) and take the Northern Boulevard (East) / Shea Stadium Exit (its exit # 9E). Then exit at the Shea Stadium exit. At the exit ramp, make a right onto Stadium Road. Take that road straight and make a left at the second stop sign. Continue past the USTA National Tennis Center, past the pitch n putt, and the World Ice Arena will be on your right.

From Long Island:
Take the Long Island Expressway/I-495W, and exit just before the Grand Central Parkway, at College Point Boulevard. Take College Point Boulevard to Avery Avenue, and make a left onto Avery Avenue. You may park in the designated spots under the Van Wyck. The ice rink will be located on the other side. To drive to the front of the World Ice Arena, go to the corner stop sign and make a right. Follow that road until you get to a stop sign and make a left. The World Ice Arena is located on your right.

From Staten Island/Southern New Jersey:
Take the Verrazano Bridge toward the Grand Central Parkway East/La Guardia Airport/Astoria Blvd-East exit (it’s exit #39). Follow the Brooklyn–Queens Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway (East) and travel approximately three miles until the I-678/RT-25A E/Northern Boulevard exit — toward the Whitestone Bridge (it’s exit #9E). Then take the RT-25A E/Northern Boulevard ramp toward Shea Stadium. At the exit ramp, make a right onto Stadium Road.
