Spartans Rebound for 15-4 Ugly (but MUST) Win

In a must win region game, the Spartans were not on top of their game but played well enough to win as Riley Rue went four strong innings for the win, giving up 1 earned run on 2 hits, 2 walks and 4 strikeouts. Robby MacPherson went two innings in relief, giving up 1 one hit, 2 walks and no earned runs.

The offense was led by Ian Graham (2 for 3, 3 RBI's and 2 runs scored), Michael Hoeft (2 for 3 with 2 walks), Stephen Pepper (2 for 4 with 2 doubles, a walk and 3 RBIs), Colton Chapple (2 for 4 with a walk, 4 RBI's and runs scored).
