2003 SCHEDULE POSTED!!
The 2003 baseball season is only a few short weeks away, with tryouts/conditioning beginning next week. The 2003 schedule is now posted under the Schedule link at left. This season looks to be full of promise as the Spartans defend their 2002 Region 8AA title against state tournament teams Lumpkin County and Dawson County while welcoming back some old familiar rivals to the region in Buford, Providence, and Wesleyan. An outstanding non-region schedule includes matchups with fellow Gwinnett County schools Collins Hill and North Gwinnett, among others. The Spartans again hope to go deep into the state playoffs where state powers Calhoun, Cook, Vidalia, and Brantley County, among many others, await. 2003 should be another exciting year for GAC baseball!
