Future Elite Lacrosse is a club team for high school age lady lacrosse players who are serious about the sport and are trying to improve their skills and lacrosse knowledge year round. We are a non-profit organization and run this program strictly for the love of the game and for the thrill of coaching young athletes to excellence.

We believe in helping girls become stronger, more confident players, encourage them to become better leaders, and promote them to become more exceptional people. We have fun while working hard. There are no mistakes in trying new things and we try to portray that in our coaching.

Many of our alumnae have gone on to play at the highest levels of college lacrosse across the nation.  Each of our coaches has extensive experience playing in college and post-graduate leagues, and coaching at all levels of high school, club and college programs.  We actively instruct and lead by example.

Our teams consist of high school lacrosse players from across the greater Washington, DC community. These girls come from public schools in Fairfax County in Virginia, Montgomery County in Maryland, and from private and Catholic schools in the metropolitan area.

Please take advantage of our website, since we intend it to be both informative and educational.  We're proud to say you'd be hard-pressed to find some of the material that appears here just about anywhere else.  The aim of everything that Future Elite Lacrosse does is simply to make young lacrosse players better at what they do - both on and off the field.
