Fresno Senior Softball League: President's Message

Ok, it't time to get all those unused muscles ready for another year of senior softball!!  Take some time to stretch out your arms and legs so that we don't have any early injuries.  The league will start on March 9th at Quigley Park.

We will be having new player tryouts on Tuesday February 17th and Monday February 23rd.  So if you know anyone who would like to play this year now is the time to talk to them and get them a Player Profile form.  Remember if you have not played in the league for a year or more, you will have to attend a tryout.

I have attached a proposed 2009 calendar which is "proposed" because the dates may change due to weather, etc.   Anything listed as "TBD" means that the final plan has not been made.  I will update items as plans get firmed up.

The changes the City made to Quigley last year were a great improvement and we hope things will stay the same this year.  If problems arise, they will be addressed as quickly as possible.  Let's keep our fingers crossed that the City will continue to upkeep of the park as they did last year.

The site contains all information that you need and updates are posted daily as needed.  A calendar of events, games, and results are posted and updated as required.  The site has everything you need in the way of information.
