News! News! News! - Lee Martin moves on to round 2 of Region 1 ODP pool selections.
The Red Devils sent three members to the ODP Regional ID Camp this past week. Tyler Wilson, Paul Lewis, and Lee Martin represented our team at this event. All performed well and received accolades from all coaches. This is a credit to our players and coaches at Freestate.
As with all, hardwork and perseverance was important and Lee earned the nod to move onto the next challenge. We all know that he will represent us well and wish him the best of luck moving forward.

We the Red Devils - the Red Devils Win! In a thrilling match today, the Red Devils poured it on and defensively held the opponents Sterling FC to 2 goals. The Red Devils won 6-2. Look for details on the team's News link.
NCSL Regular Season Resumes
The Red Devils return to regular NCSL game play this weekend with two games - Saturday against local rivals BSU Screaming Eagles at Huston and Sunday vs SAC United Classic at Glen Allen.
Memorial Day Recap
The Memorial Day weekend was a lesson on how much we have grown and in ways still can improve. Players filled in where others were unavailable to play and contributed well. The scoreboard was not kind but our opportunities to sharpen play were noted.
What is Freestate Soccer Alliance:
The Freestate Soccer Alliance mission is to educate youth soccer players in a positive fun, environment that promotes sportsmanship, integrity, leadership, self-discipline and character development by stressing the technical, tactical, physical and mental components of the game. We take great pride in educating our players in one of the top soccer clubs in the region and preparing our players with the necessary life and playing skills for the highest level of competition, on and off the pitch, for now and in the future.
Who are the Red Devils:
The purpose of the Freestate Red Devils is to offer an educational soccer experience for our rostered players that:
- Produces a fun atmosphere for all to enjoy
- Challenges each player to improve all components of being a high level youth soccer player
- Develops sportsmanship, fair play, competitiveness, and a passion for the sport.
