The first 3 Little Falcon Lesson Plans are covered on the Activities Demo page. The videos are in the same order as the lesson plans. Weeks 4-6 are different and only explained in the plan. If you are not comfortable with any of the activities feel free to use 1-3 again or substitute as needed. If your feeling really ambitious feel free to take the blank Lesson plan form and design your own practice.
