Franklin Fusion: Welcome

1. To provide an opportunity for Franklin girls who are interested in raising their softball skills to a higher level and to better prepare them for high school and college level of play.
2. To provide the potential for many of the girls to play together for multiple years or even move in and out of the Fusion program while always remaining in the Fusion “family”.
3. To allow Franklin girls to practice and play with teammates from Franklin whom they will be likely playing with at Franklin High School.
4. To allow Franklin girls to play in a local travel league (within the surrounding towns) where they will compete against girls (and teams) that they will likely play against during their High School softball career.
5. To provide an opportunity for Franklin girls who want to play at a competitive tournament level (in Mass and surrounding states) but can not quite commit to the level required by most “A” level tournament teams.

The 2011 Fusion teams have continued past year's successes with impressive tournament and league play to date, here are a few of these accomplishments:

Semifinalist in the 2011 Taunton Summer Burn Tournament
