Alcohol Not Allowed on City of Frankfort Property
Alcohol Ban
A complaint has been made to Frankfort Parks and Recreation concerning the drinking of alcohol near or around the volleyball courts during league games. City of Frankfort Ordinance 22.022 states that "Alcoholic Beverages are not allowed on City of Frankfort Property". This includes property located within Juniper Hill Park. We urge you to adhere to this ordinance and please pass this pertinent information on to your teammates. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Frankfort Outdoor Volleyball. Thanks and let's have a wonderful summer of volleyball.

Weather Policy

Since this is an outdoor league, weather will be expected and played through. The only exception to this is lightning. The decision if matches will be called off will be made after a review of the courts at 4:30 PM. If the matches are cancelled the team captain will be notified prior to the start of play.

Lightning:
The sight of lightning will cause the match in progress to be immediately halted for 30 minutes after which if lightning persists the match will be called off. If a match is cancelled all remaining matches for the night will be cancelled.
