What is the camp refund policy?There are no deposits this year, so full payment will need to be made in order to hold your spot at camp. If you cancel your reservation before May 1, 2013, you will be refunded your entire amount MINUS a $25 processing fee. If you cancel your reservation after May 1, 2013, you will be refunded your entire amount MINUS a $150 cancellation fee. Back to Top What forms are required in order for my child to participate?You will be required to electronically sign a release form before you will be allowed to register your child for camp. Additionally, there will be a swimming waiver that will need to be approved before your child will be allowed to participate in swimming activities while at camp
What items should my child bring to camp?Overnight Campers: Gymnastics attire and hand guards/grips (if you wear them), Shorts, T-shirts, Running shoes, Flip-Flops, Swimsuit, Bed Linens (sleeping bag), Pillow, Towels, Soap, Things for Tie-Dye Night, Things for Skit Night, Radio for your rooms (if you want one), Clock for the room. Remember to tag all clothing and luggage with your name. Do NOT bring jewelry or other valuable items that you DO NOT NEED at camp. Commuter Campers: Gymnastics attire and hand guards/grips (if you wear them), Shorts, T-shirts, Running shoes. Back to Top Where and when is check in?Overnight Campers: Camp Registration for week one is Sunday, June 9th from 9:00am-10:00am at South Hall on the corner of Dalrymple and Cypress. For week two, registration will take place at South Hall on Sunday, June 23rd from 9:00am-10:00am. Commuter Campers: Camp Registration for week one is Sunday, June 9th and on Sunday, June 23rd for week two. Registration will begin at 10:00am at the Carl Maddox Fieldhouse. Come to the Nicholson Drive entrance of the Field House for registration. There will be signs indicating the entrance. You will be asked to leave the campers with us for this training session and return at 5:30 pm to pick them up. There is no room in the training area to allow for parents and siblings. All day campers report to the LSU Gymnastics Training Center at 9am Monday-Wednesday and will be picked up each day at 5pm. How do I get to camp? (Driving directions)
