Letter To Parents

GOLD COAST VOLLEYBALL 2011      Hi club members. The beginning of club is around the corner and I know many of you are also starting your school season. The new policy for USVBA is that NO try-out can occur for players 15 and up until the FHSAA State Tournament. That leaves the 14 and under groups to begin September 1st. Gold Coast will not begin until December 5th and we will have a parent informational meeting on November 16th at 6 pm at Spanish River. Remember that try-outs for other clubs cost money, and we do not have try-outs so that money can be used for other costs. The coaches have discussed some of the issues from last year and we are planning on choosing specific teams with specific players, not to exceed 8 or 9 so all will play (Keep in mind that other clubs keep as many as 12 on the teams). I have resolved many of my issues from last year and will be a very integral part of the 14 and under development while Karen Adams will be in charge of the 15 and older groups. I am looking forward to an exciting year of club and if you have any questions do not hesitate to call me at home or on my cell.                                                                     Thank you,                                                                      Lori Eaton                                                                    561-982-8803                                                                    561-353-8789
