TODAYS YOUTH is TOMORROWS LEADERS! The Flamin Angels are one of southern West Virginia's premier 12 and under girls fastpitch softball teams. Our girls have made a commitment to compete at the highest level possible during the season. We compete in the local Greenbrier Girls Softball League and compete in various tournaments throughout West Virginia and Virginia. Many of these tournaments require a great deal of travel and overnight stays. To help offset our many cost the Flamin Angels are seeking sponsors. All donations will be applied directly to the girls expenses including * Equipment * Uniforms * Travel * Lodging * Warm-Up Suits * Equipment Bags * Team Banners. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated. All sponsors contributing $250 or more will have their company's name and logo placed on our team banner as well as mentioned in our press releases, and on our website. The team banner is displayed at all tournaments and team functions. All donations may be used as possible tax deduction, in accordance with the IRS charitable contributions. The Flamin Angels strive not only to help these young ladies become outstanding athletes, but to achieve their academic potential, and inspire them to to be good citizens, and future leaders in the community. With your generous support the team and the coaches will be able to continue its dedicated efforts in providing the direction needed for the youth of Greenbrier Valley. If you need further information, please feel free to contact head coach Doug Persinger @ 304-535-4413. On behalf of the Flamin Angels 12 and under girls fastpitch softball team, thank you for taking the time to consider our request. Sincerely, Doug Persinger and the entire Flamin Angels 12u Team.

Champions
Be a Champion on & off the field Be courteous to umpires at all times. When a call goes against you, don't stand there arguing or complaining. Show that you came to play, not talk.Always run on and off the field between innings. Keep your chin up after you have made an error. We all know you it was not committed on purpose. If a teammate makes an error, encourage her. Don't ride her. Turn down things that will keep you from being a champion, even though you may be a subject of criticism from not "going along with the crowd". This takes guts to show that you have what it takes to be a champion. Remember that what you do on and off the field reflects on your teammates. Be a credit to your team, your parents and your school. Make up your mind that you will beat every opponent you play: Team for team, player for player. Be determined to dominate your opponent, but first do the things necessary to prepare yourself. Do all these things at all times, but especially at those times when things are going against you, and you will be a true champion. (Author Unknown)
