Welcome to Flagler PAL Pop Warner Football!

The Flagler PAL Pop Warner football program serves over 250 kids per year and is organized and run by a 100% volunteer staff. 

The Pop Warner program is also the only national youth football program that requires academic success before athletic participation.

2013 Pop Warner Football Registration Information



2013 Flagler PAL Pop Warner Registration dates are as follows:

April 15, 17, 26 at Buddy Taylor Middle School Cafeteria from 6:30p-8p and
April 21 from 1p-3p at the PAL Office, 2729 E Moody Blvd (Hwy 100) Ste 702 

 Your child must be present to register.  Their weight must be verified and their signature is required on the registration forms.  No exceptions - not even for returning players.   


Fees:  

   FEE  NON-REFUNDABLE  DUE BY 7/5/13
 Full Registration  $180  $100  $80
 State Assistance*  $145  $100  $45
       
*Participants with a current copy of their Florida State Benefit Eligibility Letter qualify for discounted registration costs.
A copy of this letter must be provided at the time of registration to receive scholarship credit

The following documents are required at the time of registration:

  • Original birth certificate and one copy - even returning players.  This is a Pop Warner National rule.  If you do not have your child's original birth certificate you can order one online through Vital Statistics.
  • A recent photo (2x3)- please write the participant's full name on the back of the photo.  The photo must be a clear image of the child's face.  No sunglasses or hats in the pic.
  • A copy of the state benefit letter (if applying for a scholarship)
  • $100 Non- Refundable portion of the registration fees

There will be additional documents provided at registration that must be signed by both the parent and the participant.
