The Acceleration hockey programs are offered for all levels, mites to the pros. Each program is tailored to the individual athlete and all training is one on one to ensure the highest quality results at an affordable price. Each athlete is pre and post tested so you can see his/her improved results. Programs are available all year and can be adjusted to fit the time you have available. In addition to the speed and conditioning programs we offer shooting, puck handling and special goalie training programs, using our patented cord technology to develop glove and blocker quickness, higher shooting velocities, and puck handling control and quickness.
