I'm pleased to announce that a winter baseball league is forming for the 10U (1-1-99 to 4-30-01) and 8U (1-1-01 to 4-30-03) baseball divisions. THIS IS NOT FOR NEW PLAYERS

NOTE: I CHANGED THE AGE FOR THE 10U DIVISION TO 1-1-99 FOR THE FIRST SESSION AND THE 8U TO 1-1-01

(This will allow for more advanced player to play up and vice versa)

Format

Games will be played at the ATT Sports Pavilion on Saturdays and will be 1 Hr 45 Min in length. Practices will be at  the ATT Sports Pavilion. There will be one practice and one game per week.

Both divisions will be kid pitch with emphasis on developing game sense. No standing around...all kids will learn to participate in each play.

TOTAL WEEKLY TIME COMMITMENT APPROXIMATTLY 4 HOURS THAT WILL TRANSLATE INTO HUGE DEVELOPMENTAL  DIVIDENDS

(IF YOU CANNOT MAKE A SCHEDULED PRACTICE THEN SHOW TO THE OTHER PRACTICE)

Practices for the 10U division will be Wednesdays from 6-7 PM at the ATT Sports Center starting 10/7

Practices for the 8U division will be Mondays from 6-7 PM at the ATT Sports Center starting 10/5

Session 1 will start 10/5 and run through 12/19 (First game 10/17)

Session 2 will start late January 2010 and run through late March 2010

Cost of each session will be approximately $150 (Session 1 participants have guaranteed slot in session two)

NOTE COST MAY GO UP SLIGHTLY IF WE DON'T REACH CAPACITY

Clinic and or possible tournament during X-Mas break

Coaches

I am looking for coaches. If your interested in coaching please let me know. I already have three very knowledgeable and qualified coaches on-board. I anticipate a very experienced coaching staff.

I will open session two in mid October

Note: When you register you will be requires to check the $25 field fee button. This is a hold over from the summer session that I cannot easily change. I have put a discount in the registration process that will offset the field fee.

Older Players

Due to limited space I cant accommodate the older kids during Session 1. If 12U players are interested I can secure practice times so these guys can continue skill development during Session 1.

If time becomes available I may be able to create a 12U division for the second session.
