Welcome to the Fairview/Boulder 2008
Gold Crown Volleyball Season!
Congratulations to both 7th grade gold teams for making it to the semifinal round of the Postseason Tournament and to the 7th grade black team for making it to the finals! Best of luck to our 8th graders next year at their high school tryouts!
Congratulations also to Courtney Roberts for her selection to the 2008 Gold Crown All Star Team!
Thanks to all the players, coaches, and families for making the 2008 season a successful one.

Open to girls entering grades 6 through 8 from Fairview and Boulder High School feeder schools*.
Approximate Program Dates: August 12th through October 30th.
Teams will be formed in August.
Players and Teams: The goal of this program is to help develop athletes interested in competing in volleyball at the high school level. No prior volleyball experience necessary.
Teams will be placed in the league based on grade, and ability level.
Registration Fee: $195 (includes practices, league matches, post-season tournament, and uniform shirts.)
2008 Practice schedule: Tuesdays 6-8PM and Thursdays 6-8PM at New Vista High School (the old Baseline Middle School) see "Locations" for a map.
Match Schedule: Each team will play two matches per week on either Saturdays or Sundays beginning in September at the Gold Crown facility in Lakewood.
Pre-Season Camp/Clinics: Fairview and Boulder are offering pre-season middle school volleyball camps for girls in June and July. *Note – Gold Crown requires that a minimum of 70 percent of a team’s active players attend the public schools, private school, or home school that feed the area high school or have siblings attending that high school.
