Fairborn Wee Hawks: Welcome

Coaches have a responsibility to help kids become better people, not just better athletes.  They also should teach positive sports behavior and lead by example.

The Fairborn Weehawks are asking the adults of our community to accept this job.  We are asking that anyone interested in teaching responsibilty, leadership skills, good sportsmanship, and the fundamentals of the sport to please dedicate your time and experience in coaching.  If you feel that this is something that you can do, please contact one of the board members to get an application and have an interview set up.

In order to be eligible to coach you must:

• Successfully complete a background check
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a base knowledge of football or cheer
• Be a quality leader and great role model
• Be genuinely interested in the development of todays youth
• Want to make a positive impact on a child
• Understand that this is a time committment
