Thursday, August 14 WELCOME TO THE FAIRBORN WEE HAWKS 2009 YOUTH FOOTBALL SEASON FIRST DAY OF CHEER PRACTICE IS JULY 14TH AT 6PM! Practice will be held the 14th, 16th, 21st and 23rd. There will be NO CHEER PRACTICE on the 27th. Beginning the 28th the cheer practice will be the same as football. FIRST DAY OF FOOTBALL PRACTICE IS JULY 27TH STARTING AT 6PM! Practice is held 5 nights per week at the beginning. Coaches will notify parents/players when practice changes to 3 nights per week. Football Equipment Issue Schedule
Equipment issue is conducted at the blue building from 6:00 to 8:00pm as follows:
FINAL 2009 REGISTRATION WHO: FAIRBORN WEE HAWKS WHAT: FINAL 2009 SEASON REGISTRATION WHEN: SATURDAY JULY 11TH - 9am to 11pm WHERE: FOOTBALL FIELD BLUE BUILDING 700 YELLOW SPRINGS-FAIRFIELD ROAD COST: FOOTBALL PLAYER’S - $125.00 CHEERLEADER’S - $75.00 FAMILY CAP - $200.00 ¨ Please bring all children participating for sizing. ¨ Please bring birth certificates for all NEW participants. ¨ Mandatory participation in a single fundraiser (30 - $1 raffle tickets). **Optional fundraiser will be offered to offset cost of jersey or cheer shoes. ¨ Immediate family = siblings and step-siblings living in same household.

Coach's Clinic/Cheer Camp Many have asked for it, now we have it! Coach's Clinic and Cheer Camp, 1st week in Aug. on Tues, Thurs, and Fri. from 6-8 during regular practices. Cost is $25 and includes a t-shirt. We HIGHLY encourage all coaches and cheerleaders to participate.
The Wee Hawk Board of Directors would like to welcome everyone to the 2009 football season. Our Goal is to offer your child the best experience possible. In order to ensure that families are kept informed, we will hold weekly "Parent Meetings" throughout the season. Subsequent meetings will be held on mandatory practice nights. However, please feel free to contact any of your board members at any time if there are issues that you would like to discuss. All parents should click on the WOJFC Documents Link on the menu to the left and familiarize themselves with the Conference Constitution, By-laws, Playing Rules, and Coaches and Parents "Code of Ethics". This is a "mandatory read" for all Wee Hawk Coaches and Board Members. Ride shares: As an organization, we always try to honor the requests of parents.
