Head Coach: Kaylee Haedt
· Previous Playing Experience: 4 years Oshkosh West 2003-2006, numerous clubs including: UW- Madison Club team, Oshkosh Wave (now known as Fox Valley Thunder) , and Fox Valley Academy.
· Previous Coaching Experience: Currently the Oshkosh West High School Freshmen Assistant Coach, Have coached many leagues in summer including: Players Choice and Lourdes.
· Why You Love Coaching: "I love volleyball and it's a great way to stay involved. I love helping players develop a love for the game like I have. It's great to see the strides players make from the beginning of the season to the end."

Head Coach: Jeff VandenHeuvel
· Previous Playing Experience: 1978 Kaukauna High School (1981 State Title with a record of 111-4), started playing tournaments and leagues in the early 1980's and have since played in hundreds of open tournaments and 2 decades of leagues.
· Previous Coaching Experience: 2nd year club coach, 1981 8th grade girl's volleyball coach at Sacred Heart School (Oshkosh), Volunteered with the UW-Oshkosh Women's program in the 1980's and helped at volleyball camps for both UW-Oshkosh and the YMCA for 10 years, 1 year Freshmen Coach at Kimberly High School, 1 year JV Coach at Oshkosh West High School, 1 year summer Program Coach for Fox Valley Lutheran
· Why You Love Coaching: " I'm really into the team concept. Volleyball is one of the few sports that you can't even practice without a teammate. As they master new physical skills and gain confidence in themselves, they learn to trust their teammates and I love being apart of that process."
Assistant Coach: Renee VandenHeuvel
· Previous Playing Experience: 4 years at Sheboygan South High School (2 years all conference, female athlete of the year 2 times, inducted in to the Sheboygan hall of fame for volleyball, basketball and track), 3 years UW-Oshkosh player, 25 years experience with leagues and tournaments.
· Previous Coaching Experience: 1 year Freshmen Coach at Kimberly High School, 1 year JV Coach at Oshkosh West High School, several years of volleyball camp at UW-Oshkosh

- Previous Playing Experience: Played at UW-La Crosse from 1990-1995, Team Captain 3 years, all-conference 2 years, all-midwest region one year.
- Previous Coaching Experience: JV coach at Holmen H.S., Head coach at Oshkosh West 1996-2000 (moved to Oregon for grad school), Freshman coach Oshkosh West 2001-2005, Head coach Oshkosh West 2005-present. 3rd year club coach.
- Why You Love Coaching: "I love to coach because it is a joy to work with girls that have the same passion as you do about a sport. Volleyball is a very skill based sport, so you can see a lot of improvement in an individual if they put a lot of time in practicing. That is very exciting to be a part of!."

· Previous Coaching Experience: I coached middle school volleyball at Parkside School in Wautoma for 3 years. I was at the Freshman level at Oshkosh West High School for 3 years. I am currently coaching the Oshkosh West JV Team. I also coached 1 year with Nightmares VBC.
· Why You Love Coaching: "I love coaching because I love the game of volleyball. It allows me to share the knowledge I have gained from playing and being around volleyball. I enjoy being part of a team and seeing how players grow throughout the season or and their high school career."

· Why You Love Coaching: "First and foremost I love volleyball! It's one of those team sports, one fall we all fall...when we win, we all win. Tall or small, there's a spot for you, if you're willing and determined to play. It's very exciting to see the improvements players make during the season and knowing I get to be a part of that is priceless."
15-1’s Team
Head Coach: Chuck Braun
· Previous Playing Experience: I have been playing league volleyball for 34 years. 17 years in the YMCA power league and most recently at "The Bar" in Oshkosh. Over that time I have also played in hundreds of tournaments, indoors and out, in various locations throughout the state.
· Previous Coaching Experience: 11 years club volleyball
- Why You Love Coaching: "I love watching a diverse group of girls bond together as a team and see them improve as the season progresses. I love the strategy involved in coaching a game or match, especially if it's close. There's nothing quite like the feeling of watching your team win a hard fought match."
Assistant Coach: Rolf Gratz
- Previous Playing Experience: I have played competitive volleyball for 20 years, (various types of tournaments from 6 person men's, coed, 4 person, 3 person, hard court, sand, grass). I have also participated in league play for 30 years.
- Previous Coaching Experience: Third year with Fox Valley Thunder and several years working one on one with my two daughters.
- Why You Love Coaching: "I enjoy the camaraderie of a volleyball team as they progress from individuals to a well working team. To see the girls evolve into better players and better people while having fun is more than enough reward for me!"

- Previous Playing Experience: Played 1 year at UW-Platteville. 4 years at Oshkosh West High School. 4 years on Oshkosh Wave volleyball club.

- Why You Love Coaching: “I love coaching volleyball because I enjoy helping others improve their skills. I get excited when I see players working together, communicating, having fun and trying their hardest on the volleyball court.”

- Why You Love Coaching: "I love coaching because I like having the opportunity to teach girls about the sport I love. My first coach had this wonderful passion for volleyball that made me fall in love with it and I can only hope that I would be able to pass even a tiny bit of that on to the girls I coach."

· Why You Love Coaching: "Being a club volleyball coach gives you the opportunity to coach girls from around the area and experience many different talent levels. It's exciting to see the girls you have coached throughout the years make friends from different conferences."

· Why You Love Coaching: "I love to coach volleyball because it is definitely my favorite sport and I love to help people understand the game and get as much enjoyment as I do out of it. I enjoy helping the younger players get all they can out of the game."

· Previous Coaching Experience: Coached 3yrs at Appleton North & 3 yrs at Oshkosh North. 5th year club coach.
· Why You Love Coaching: "I enjoy the competitiveness and the high intensity level involved in the game of volleyball. My coaching philosophies are; to teach skills, plays and the strategies of the game, increase the level of team play while keeping perspective and strive toward developing a healthy, competitive attitude within each athlete. It is rewarding when all of these components come together."

· Previous Playing Experience: Played 4 years at Oshkosh North and Bar/Rec league for 2 years.
· Previous Coaching Experience: Coached 4 years Valley Christian HS JV Volleyball team. This is my fourth year coaching club.

· Why You Love Coaching: "It’s so much fun to be able to help another player improve their game even just the slightest amount and see their reaction after their success. Since volleyball is an ever evolving sport, it also allows me the opportunity to learn from another player as well."
