			<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2" color="#000080">After two consecutive losses at home, the Franklin Regional varsity ice hockey team got back into the win column with a convincing 8-0 victory over Wheeling Central Catholic (WCC) at the Wheeling Civic Center on Monday night.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The Panthers outshot WCC 37 to 24 en route to their fourth win of the season.<span>&nbsp; </span>Johnny Miller led the offense with 2 goals and 3 assists, while Michael Owens stopped all 24 shots on goal to record the first varsity shutout of the season, and his first career shutout as a varsity goaltender.<span>&nbsp; </span>Ryan Crossey had two goals and an assist, Vinnie Benaquista scored twice, Justin Carter added three assists, Steve Shirk had a goal and an assist, Lucas Chiala scored once, and Anthony Talamo and Colin Adamek each had one assist for the Panthers.<br />

			Next, the Panthers face off against Moon Township at the Center Ice Arena on Thursday, December 10, 2009.<span>&nbsp; </span>Game time is at 8:30 P.M.</font>
