FLBC Travel Basketball Program Survey

Hello FLBC Families,

Thank you for your time and commitment to our FLBC travel program and having your child participate this season. I would like to thank all of the coaches who dedicate an enormous amount of time to the teams both on and off the court. We also have many volunteers during our pre-season tournament and throughout the season that makes our program successful that I would like to thank as well.

We are so proud of all of our teams and the success they have had this season. We hope to see them continue to learn the game of basketball and continue to thrive in a competitive environment.

Below you will find a link to our survey in regard to your experience this season in our travel program. Please take a few minutes to fill out one survey for each coach on your child's team. Your feedback, whether positive or negative, helps us make improvements to this program.

We are always looking for volunteers. Please consider joining our board, volunteering to coach next season or helping us with next year’s pre-season tournament. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you again for having your child participate.

Freetown Lakeville Basketball Club

In 2007, a group of basketball-enthusiastic parents formed the Freetown-Lakeville Basketball Club (FLBC), a non-profit basketball organization, to develop basketball skills in young girls and boys in the Freetown/Lakeville area. This organization can only be successful with all the help of its volunteers (Board members, Coaches, Parents, Players and Fans).  We need your continuing help and support to make this club work!  With your help, we can provide a rewarding basketball experience for all the young girls and boys in these basketball programs!  FLBC provides both in-town recreational (developmental) and travel (competitive) basketball programs.  The competitive programs are through Cape Code Youth Basketball League (Cape Hoops) and AAU.
