2012-2013 FLBC Travel Basketball Coaches' Survey

To all Travel Program Parents:

Please take 5 minutes to give us your feedback! I apologize for the delay in sending out this request as I know that the Cape Hoops season is now well in the rear view mirror and everyone has moved on to other sports and activities. That said, your feedback is very important to us and hopefully you can take a few minutes to provide it. Similar to last year, we are gathering your feedback through an online system. Please refer to the attached link or go into the FLBC website.

The feedback you provide is extremely important to our organization and our coaches. As you know, all of the coaches spend a great deal of time working with your children during the season and hearing from you will only help our organization, and our coaches, in the future. You’ll note in the survey that you can provide feedback on both head coaches and assistants and if not located in the drop down list, you can type in their name. Please be assured that all responses are anonymous – they will be reviewed by the FLBC Board only and then discussed individually with each coach.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey and for your continued support of FLBC.

Sincerely,

Jeff Johnson

FLBC President

Over the past few years we have significantly expanded our youth program offerings and hope to continue to add more in the future. That said, we want to hear from you about what we are doing well and what we could do better, as well as any suggestions you may have.

About us:

In 2007, a group of basketball-enthusiastic parents formed the Freetown-Lakeville Basketball Club (FLBC), a non-profit basketball organization, to develop basketball skills in young girls and boys in the Freetown/Lakeville area. This organization can only be successful with all the help of its volunteers (Board members, Coaches, Parents, Players and Fans).  We need your continuing help and support to make this club work!  With your help, we can provide a rewarding basketball experience for all the young girls and boys in these basketball programs!  FLBC provides both in-town recreational (developmental) and travel (competitive) basketball programs.  The competitive programs are through Cape Code Youth Basketball League (Cape Hoops) and AAU.
