The feedback you provide is extremely important to our organization and our coaches. As you know, all of the coaches spend a great deal of time working with your children during the season and hearing from you will only help our organization, and our coaches, in the future. You’ll note in the survey that you can provide feedback on both head coaches and assistants. Please be assured that all responses are anonymous – they will be reviewed by the FLBC Board only and then discussed individually with each coach.

With the Saturday morning youth programs having recently ended and the Monday night rec leagues coming to an end soon, we wanted to ask for your feedback. Over the past few years we have significantly expanded our youth program offerings and hope to continue to add more in the future.
