ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING RESULTS
The Annual Stockholders Meeting was held on Sunday, April 1. The following issues were discussed and voted on.
1. Can Ferry Farm Pool have a designated smoking area or be a total smoke-free environment? After discussion, a motion was made to create a designated smoking area and to make the remainder of the pool property non-smoking. The motion was approved.
2. Should "limited memberships" be made available for propsective swim team members who are not stockholders. This would be an annual membership to include the use of the pool only during swim team practices and functions. After discussion a motion was made to allow limited memberships for prospective swim team members who are not stockholders. The motion also allowed the fee for this memebership and any restrictions or qualifications (age) to be determined annually by the Board.
3. A proposed amendment to Article V, Section II of the Bylaws was made. The last sentence of this section had stated that each Director shall be a stockholder and shall receive no compensation for his services as a Director. The amendment discussed and approved at this meeting amends the Bylaws to add "with the exception of t treasurer which may be compensated."
4. Board Elections - three director positions were open. They have been filled by Bob Piersall, President; Donna Sehl, Treasurer; and Kristin Coron, Director.

2007 STICKERS/REPLACEMENT CARDS!
The pool is scheduled to open on May 26th at 12:00 p.m. ID cards, with current 2007 stickers, are required to enter the pool (2007 stickers are given when 2007 dues are paid.) If you have lost your ID's e-mail ferryfarmpool@cox.net for replacements.
